One Day Zero to Hero Workshop
Your Zero to Hero training workshop takes place in the awesome Barrow River valley, on one of the most exciting and beautiful adventure destinations in Ireland. You will be instructed in all the basic skills of Adventure River Trekking, from shooting weirs to riding the rapids. To complete the Hero training you will go on a thrilling descent of some of the best white-water spills and thrills in Ireland.

Discovery Adventure Day
Meeting up in Borris Co. Carlow, you and a friend will share a Canadian Canoe as you shoot the weirs & rapids and ride the waves on fun-filled, action-packed expedition of adventure.
Passing through one of the most beautiful and scenic river valleys in the country this professionally guided trip will provide you with fantastic memories that you will treasure forever.

Family Adventure Day
Father and son - Mother and Daughter, or if you like bring them both we’re open to any combination at all! You’re guaranteed a very special day out with the children when you bring them on a Go With The Flow -Family Adventure Day.
Learn all about River Trekking in a Canadian Canoe and experience the thrills and excitement of a professionally guided trip down the river valley. You will treasure the memory for years and the children will think you’re the coolest parents ever.
